Thyme out is a locally owned café in the heart of Torquay.
The reason we wanted to open Thyme Out was to provide people with a place to eat that served locally sourced ingredients and good food at a reasonable price during day time hours.
We have 3 distinct areas in the café and people can enjoy a different feel as to where they sit. We wanted to strive to become the place to go in Torquay with our relaxed atmosphere and bistro style area with a children’s play area where families could also enjoy their visit.
Our order buttons provides a talking point and customers love interacting with them
We have a regular support group meet on Thursday evenings 6pm – 8pm called Thyme Out Talks, this is in conjunction with the organisation Safe Place & Support for Supporters.
We also host a whole range of awareness events. Check our Events page for info about the TOTs and other events.
